The pomegranate rum punch will give you a super juicy holiday flavour and feel you are looking for. You or your guests will also enjoy this red delight, which is super quick and easy to create.

Ingredients
- 2 oz light rum (any of your liking and budget)
- 2 oz pomegranate juice (fresh if you can)
- lime soda to top up to your taste & fill your glass
- pomegranate arils for garnish (optional, especially if you don’t like getting stuck in your teeth!)
- Fresh lime wheel, for garnish and a zesty squeeze to top your cocktail.
Instructions:
- Fill your chosen glass with small to medium-sized ice cubes
- Pour the light rum measure and pomegranate juice over the ice.
- Top with lime soda and fill the glass.
- Gently stir with a bar spoon to blend the ingredients
- Add a fresh lime wheel on the rim of the glass, you can also rim the glass with lime first, adds more depth to the experience and sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds (optional).
