Pine & Passion Fizz Cocktail
🍍 50ml Liv Passion fruit & Pineapple Rum
🍋 25ml Lemon Juice
🥭 25ml Guava Juice
✨ 12.5ml Passion fruit Syrup
☁️ 5ml Veggie White (vegan egg white)
🥂 Top with English Sparkling Wine
Shake all ingredients with ice (except the sparkling wine) and strain into a champagne coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with passion fruit and pineapple leaves. Matugga rum is available to purchase online or selected outlets.
