You have heard of rum pairings, but did you think of rum being paired with sophistication, wonderfully tailored suits and dynamic people? Well that’s just what happened with a special end of year VIP rum tasting hosted by the ultra sleek Bespoke Rivière. Special thanks to Jamel Higgins Managing Director of Rivière Solutions for the special guest Rumora invite.
The event was hosted at the HWK venue with a premium selection of rums for guests to indulge their senses and learn about great sipping rums from all around the world.
The event also offered a new spin on the normal tastings and had art work showcased, food and great music provided by Rookieriddimz. Guest wore their best attire (I hear there was a prize for the best dressed guest!)
The rum for the tasting included Mount Gay, Clement, Saint Ogun to name but a few. Guided by the Glassmates, who lead the tasting with plenty of entertainment and laughter, as well as some gems about what makes great premium rums.
A great time was had by all, and who does not love a chance to wear their best attire, sip great rum and network with like-minded people from divers backgrounds and wonderful music. A bespoke night of sophistication was certainly a great ending to the year. Cheers guys.
