This May 2026 will be remembered for the Hottest May on record, Also creating hot and memorable moments is. Rumora! The sun is shining, the music’s in flow and of course rum cocktails is a must! We teamed up with Ogogoro Records for their Avaé (Afro Vibes & Energy) an intimate monthly boutique Afro House music and rum gathering.
Guests were treated to a welcome tropical Jungle Bird cocktail made with fresh squeezed & blended juices and a Jamaican overproof rum and dark Caribbean rum, phew, they all got snapped up real fast.
Nothing flows better than rum and great music. The attendees grabbed a cocktail whilst in-house DJ Hercules spun a mixture of Ogogoro Records singles, mixed with Afro House & Afro Tech. We also had the beautiful DJ Lux spinning funky and deep house tracks. The evening was pure vibes, laughter and cultural celebration.
There will be plenty more to come so keep an eye out for announcements.
