Yes folks, a lemon based cocktail, not only is it unusual to find a cocktail using lemon instead of lime, but this is also a vintage cocktail recipe from the famous Trader Vic tiki archives! And now to the recipe!
Ingredients:
1oz fresh lemon juice
1oz fresh pineapple juice
1oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
2oz dark Jamaican rum
Shake with ice. Garnish with mint, a cherry, and a stirrer.
If possible, serve in a vintage Ten-Pin Pilsner glass!
