Making ways in the rum category and getting recognition for this tropical spirit is none other than Scotland! The Scottish Rum Awards is a new celebration to highlight achievements in the production and distillation of rum in Scotland. The independent competition is judged by a panel of experts drawn from across the sector, bringing together industry experience and market knowledge to recognise the greatest achievements in the Scottish rum industry.
With names like Matugga, Island Slice, J.Gow, Rum Bothy to name a few are all finalists in this year’s competition.

The event will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton, Glasgow Central on Wednesday 29th October 2025, and ticket prices are pretty steep at almost £200 per person!
