Daiquiri 2 (sweeter)
2 oz rum, 3/4 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup
Daiquiri 3 (more sour)
2 oz rum, 7/8 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup
SPICED ORANGE SYRUP
1. Peel orange and weigh
2. Add weight in sugar
3. Leave 12+ hours to extract oils
4. Add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg
