1. The Classic Mojito
Refreshing, minty, zesty, just heap in the crushed ice, yum! Best served straight away
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of your fave white rum

- soda water/club soda
Instructions
- roll your limes and extract the juice (remove seeds)
- add measure of syrup
- grab your mint leaves and muddler, smush together to get a wonderful woft of mint and mint oils (ah lovely aroma) caution: don’t over mush or leaves may taste bitter
- half fill glass with crushed ice
- now, where’s that white rum! Pour your measure
- top up your glass with more ice, soda water, give a cheeky taste (someone has to ;p)
- top off glass with a lil mint garnish, lime wedge and get back out into the sunshine. Cheers
